After years of heavy use and maintenance attempts Westrac required a cost effective and durable solution to their existing substrate.

The main issues were damage caused by extensive use and heavy track machinery being disassembled and impacting the surface.

In some cases the concrete installed is 300mm thick reinforced with micromesh and coated with anvil top(steel reinforced concrete protection) which also was failing.

Westrac required a suitable surface for machinery assembly with allowances for the following
